At Her Fantasy Box, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and protective liners.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
